Trade circles are now predicting that Dhurandhar 2 could become the first film to sell 1 lakh tickets within 24 hours organically, which is a rare achievement. What makes this feat even more impressive is that the film has had very limited promotions so far.

Interestingly, there was very little clarity about the film until just 10 days before release. Despite that, the makers stuck to the originally announced release date and maintained a short gap between the first installment and the sequel.
