Prabhas is a darling to his fans and even to filmmakers because he is a director’s actor. Although Prabhas has done some action films in the past, the audiences would not like to see him as the macho action hero because of the acceptance he got from the family audiences.
Thought, Prabhas is an action hero, but the violence in his films is usually moderate. But Spirit is going to be a major exception, as the film will be one of Sandeep Reddy’s most violent films to date.
Sandeep Vanga debuted with the Telugu film Arjun Reddy. Later, he remade the same in Hindi and then came up with Animal, which is an extremely violent film. He ensured that the audience got amused by the violent action sequences in the film.
Now, with Prabhas, Sandeep wants to do the same. During the past interviews, Sandeep already hinted that he is determined to show Prabhas in a never-before-seen avatar.
According to close sources, the violence in Spirit is going to cross all limits and give audiences in theatres an adrenaline rush. We hear that the songs alone will be a respite from the bloodshed. Even this is challenging for Prabhas to carry such weight on his shoulders.
The film is currently in production, so let us wait for the release of promotional material to understand the extent of violence in the movie.
