Jana Nayagan is hitting the screens tomorrow. The movie was supposed to have a grand release before the elections in Tamil Nadu, but due to various reasons, the film’s release has been postponed.

The film is also releasing in Telugu under the title Jana Nayakudu. With Vijay officially quitting the movies and focusing solely on administrative work in TN, this is the last chance for Vijay’s fans to celebrate the film in theatres.

In general, the buzz that surrounds Vijay’s new releases will always be euphoric. But for the first time, the buzz around Jana Nayagan is not satisfactory. Because the film is a remake, because the film got leaked online, and because Vijay shows no interest in the promotions, the buzz is dull. In spite of that, some fans are trying to make this a memorable celebration to witness Vijay on the big screen for one last time.

At least for the next five years, Vijay will not have time to focus on films. He consciously decided to quit acting and focus on public welfare.
