Kalki Sequel To Wrap Up Sooner Than Expected?

Director Nag Ashwin delivered a massive Pan-India blockbuster with Rebel Star Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD. The futuristic sci-fi epic not only emerged as a major commercial success but also earned two National Awards, with the honours being presented a couple of days ago.

Meanwhile, Nag Ashwin is gearing up to commence the regular shoot of the highly anticipated sequel in October. As we reported earlier, the filmmaker is aiming to wrap up the entire production of the sequel by mid-2027.

Prabhas will join the team, along with Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan. Several other prominent actors will also join the shoot as the production progresses. Anticipation surrounding the sequel is already high, particularly after Kalki 2898 AD amassed over 1100 crore worldwide during its theatrical run.
