The YSR Congress is confident of winning Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh this time. However, there are a few cracks developing within the party as the cadre is unhappy with few senior leaders. The latest news is that Satthenapally's senior leader from YSRCP Ambati Rambabu is gaining a lot of flak from his own karyakartas.
In a recent meeting, YSRCP leaders in the constituency met and discussed about putting a word to the YSRCP high command not to give him Ambati a ticket for the upcoming Assembly elections in the state. They have gone further and also took a resolution in this regard.
Apparently, Ambati got the news and is really upset with the opposition to him within party. Being YSRCP's fire-brand leader who has a knack for criticising their political rivals, Ambati has been a prominent face in the party and has been loyal to Jagan. Inside sources say that Ambati has been sidelined even by party Chief Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy and is unable to fathom why the sudden change in attitude from his own karyakartas.
Meanwhile, rumours are rife that if such an attitude from the YSRCP persists, Ambati is considering Jana Sena Party as an alternative. If that is the case, where does Ambati's future lie - in Jana Sena or YSRCP?
