Australia Protests Against Immigration: Indians Must Be Worried?

The sheer volume of the Indian community that has been travelling to countries like United States and Australia in the last decade has been alarmingly high. So it was always naturally bound to attract criticism from the domestic population, and the Revolution has started now in Australia.

Australians have now called for a significant protest against immigration, and they have specifically mentioned the Indian community in the posters related to the upcoming March. 

The main part in this poster that was designed to propagate the entire immigration protest across all major cities in Australia was specifically targeting India. 

“MORE INDIANS IN 5 YEARS, THAN GREEKS AND ITALIANS IN 100 And that’s just from one country… We know migration has a cultural impact. This isn’t a slight cultural change – it’s replacement plain and simple. Australia is not an economic zone to be exploited by international finance. Australia is our home. If Albo and Ley won’t make a stand, it’s up to us!” The crux of the poster read. 

Hundreds of thousands of Australians are expected to take it to the streets to protest against immigration, and this is going to be one of the most significant events in the recent past. 

If the revolution starts in Australia, there could be repercussions in several parts of the global nations as well. It appears that the Indian community must be aware of what is happening in these international communities as things could get shaky real soon.
