United States president Donald Trump picked a war with Iran and went ahead with this controversial plan, despite a lot of public backlash. There were times when Trump was threatening another world war with his controversial actions.
And now the latest developments are suggesting that Trump got furious when he got to know that he was badly misinformed regarding the capacity of United States military during the Iran operation.
According to reports from international channels, Donald Trump directly confronted Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth at Camp David, for misleading him about U.S. missile shortages.
The US Army fired more than 1300 tactical ballistic missiles at Iran during the war upon the command from Hegseth who was overseeing the operation then.
Trump reportedly questioned Hegseth to know why he was made to believe the problem had been resolved as military commanders warned the Pentagon’s munitions stockpile is dangerously low.
This would essentially mean that the United States might not be having the necessary ammunition to continue the long-standing war with Iran, considering the shortage in supplies.
However, the White House has denounced these speculations and said nothing of this sort had happened between the United States president and secretary of war.
