Joe Biden’s Health Worsens Amid Cancer Battle

In May last year, former US president and Democratic Party leader Joe Biden announced through his office that he had been diagnosed with prostrate cancer. Now, his condition has deteriorated as per the latest update from his family.

Biden’s son Hunter revealed during a media interaction that his father’s health has become more serious after his cancer spread beyond his bones. He said Biden is going through intense pain but continues to stay mentally strong.

Hunter described the situation as heartbreaking for the family. He said watching his father deal with the illness every day is very difficult. He also shared that Joe Biden rarely speaks about his suffering, even though the pain is severe.

Hunter said his father has always been the pillar of their family. He added that Biden’s courage during this difficult period has inspired those close to him. Family members are standing by his side as he continues his fight against cancer

When Biden was first diagnosed with cancer last year, doctors confirmed that the disease had already reached his bones. He has been receiving treatment, including hormone therapy and radiation.

Biden served as the 46th president of USA after defeating Trump in the 2020 elections. He completed his four year tenure from 2021 to 2025. He also worked as Vice President under Barrack Obama.

After leaving office in January 2025, Biden continued to engage with public through speeches and public appearances. But, he has been confined to bed since the last few months.
