Khushi Kapoor, days after her sister Janhvi Kapoor secured similar protection, has now been granted relief by the Delhi High Court against obscene content and unauthorised merchandise using her identity.

Justice Jyoti Singh passed the directions while hearing Kapoor’s suit seeking protection of her personality and publicity rights, with the court ordering the removal of allegedly obscene and pornographic content concerning the actress from social media platforms, along with content linked to unauthorised merchandise sales using her personality attributes.

On the fashion front, Khushi recently turned heads in a blush-pink shimmery lehenga set featuring a heavily embellished bustier blouse, a matching sheer cape sleeve, and a floral-embroidered skirt, finished off with a quirky rose-shaped potli bag, proving her style game is as strong as ever, court battles notwithstanding.
