Mrunal Thakur is finally set to end her four-year wait as her Bollywood thriller Pooja Meri Jaan, co-starring Huma Qureshi, gets a home on ZEE5 after being stuck in release limbo since it wrapped shooting back in 2022. The psychological thriller, revolving around stalking and cyber-surveillance, is now part of ZEE5’s upcoming Hindi content slate, though an official premiere date is still awaited.

Coming to her latest pictures, Mrunal is pure old-world elegance in these new stills, draped in a shimmery peach-pink saree with a metallic silver-tissue border and matching drape. She’s kept it classic with a sweetheart-neck blouse, a statement oxidised silver necklace, jhumka earrings, and a low bun styled with fresh flowers tucked in.

And while the ZEE5 release keeps fans waiting, there’s already buzz about what’s next for her, rumour has it Mrunal might be joining the cast of Raaka, though there’s no official confirmation on this yet. Fingers crossed for an announcement soon!
