Ex-CM Kiran Kumar Reddy buys Rs 11 Cr bungalow in Hyd

Last Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh, Kiran Kumar Reddy has bought an expensive property in Hyderabad. According to MoneyControl, Kiran Kumar Reddy shelled out Rs 11 crore for 1,747-square yard property in the polish locality of Hyderabad.

This property is located in Jubilee Hills where many politicians, businessmen and Telugu actors reside. The 1,747-square yard property has 2,877 square feet built-up area and was sold by one of Hyderabad’s leading real estate firms, Sable Property Holdings Pvt Ltd.

The registration process of the property reportedly got completed on September 16th but we have no details of the housewarming ceremony.

Kiran Kumar Reddy has been away from limelight and politics post the AP bifurcation. Four years back Kiran returned to Congress but he is inactive and not playing any major role in AP Congress affairs. Recently the Congress high command has laid special focus on AP Congress but there is no further development in it.
