‘KCR quid pro quo Deal With Andhra Leader’

The BRS party will hold its first ever public meeting tomorrow in Khammam. BRS leaders are making unprecedented arrangements to mobilise close to five lakh people from the Telugu states. AP BRS chief Thota Chandrasekhar is actively looking after the arrangements and from AP, around one lakh people are likely to attend the BRS meeting.

The BJP is closely watching this development and they up-ed their political attack on BRS. In that line Dubbaka MLA Raghunandan Rao has made sensational allegations against Thota Chandrasekhar and him joining the BRS party. Raghunandan added that a quid pro quo deal worth Rs 4000 crore is the reason Thota joined BRS.

“Thota Chandrasekhar has a long association with Aditya Construction Company that owns 40 acres of land in Hafeezpet, Miyapur. Each acre is worth Rs 100 crore in open market and the total tunes up to Rs 4000 crore. Recently the court gave a verdict in favour of Aditya Construction Company but the BRS government did not appeal the verdict in the High Court. Instead the BRS negotiated terms with Thota and settled for a quid pro quo deal,” said Raghunandan Rao.

The BJP MLA further accused that Thota Chandrasekhar is bearing the entire expenditure for BRS party’s Khammam meeting. “Besides putting money for Khammam party, KCR has asked Thota Chandrasekhar to take care of the CMs and their arrangements who will land in Telangana tomorrow,” stated Raghunandan.

The allegations levied by Raghunandan are serious in nature. If this is true, the allegations might invite probe by any central agency. For now the BRS and its leaders are busy with Khammam meeting activities and they will have to react to Raghunandan’s claims.
