I won’t fall for such praises: Etela on KCR’s appreciation

Huzurabad MLA Etela Rajender is a key politician in Telangana politics. He used to be a cabinet minister in the Telangana government. But due to a few personal disturbances with Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, he left Bharat Rashtra Samithi and joined Bharatiya Janatha Party.

Etela now represents BJP in the Telangana Assembly. Whenever he gets a chance, Etela takes a dig at the ruling government. During the ongoing assembly sessions, Etela demanded the government to increase diet charges in hospitals.

Responding to the same, CM KCR said that Etela’s demand is valid and asked ministers Harish Rao and Sabita Indra Reddy to look into the same. “Please issue the GO within 2-3 days. If you need, you can also call up Rajender garu and examine the increase in diet charges. As it is a democracy, we should respect everyone’s suggestions,” said KCR. His statements made everyone smile in the assembly hall.

On the flip side, Etela said that he is not someone who falls for these kinds of statements. He stated, “I still remember how they (KCR and his party) tortured me. I remember how I was banned from entering the assembly and was taken away by the police. I didn’t feel bad at that time. I am also not feeling great for accepting my demands today.”

“I have my own ethics. Etela is very stubborn and highly committed. I work as a soldier. I worked as a soldier when I was in that party. I am working as a soldier for this party too. I will always be a synonym for loyalty,” he further added.
