TDP In Gannavaram: How is The Josh?

Politics in Gannavaram constituency is increasing the election fever, even when the monsoon has set in completely in Andhra Pradesh.

YCP leader Yarlagadda Venkat Rao’s entry into the TDP has boosted the morale of the party.

The TDP cadre in Gannavaram is in high spirits as they feel confident that they can take on their party rival and YCP leader Vallabhaneni Vamsi head-on with the power of their new leader.

The TDP has been considering winning the Gannavaram constituency as a prestigious issue what with Vamsi, associated with their party earlier, having switched loyalties to the ruling YCP and even turning into a rebel.

There is information that Yarlagadda had already met TDP boss N. Chandrababu Naidu in Hyderabad this morning.

There is talk that Yarlagadda would formally join the TDP on August 22, during a huge public meeting to be organised by Venkat Rao himself in Gannavaram.

Yarlagadda and Vallabhaneni have been at loggerheads since long. Now, the entry of Yarlagadda into the TDP would make it easy for their supporters to work for their respective leaders’ growth and prospects, as there would be no clash of interest.

When the duo were in the YCP, they felt suffocated being fitted into the same sheath. Now, they can publicly proclaim themselves as rivals and enter the polls.

Further, TDP scion Lokesh had also been considering victory in the Gannavaram very sentimental because Vallabhaneni Vamsi had made some indecent remarks against his mother Bhuvaneswari in the Assembly.

Owing to these factors, the TDP is determined to teach a proper lesson to Vallabhaneni Vamsi, who defected from their party and turned into a troublemaker.
