After having operated as the leader of the Telangana Assembly for a decade, former Chief minister KCR stayed away from the assembly premises after having lost the 2023 elections.
The last time that KCR attended the Telangana assembly was when he came to complete his oath taking duties. He has started to completely avoid the assemblies altogether.
But now, the latest statement from KCR himself is suggesting that he could be attending the Assembly very soon. He indirectly spoke about the same in the recent closed doors meeting with BRS cadres where he pointed out that the party needs to take a proactive stance in the assembly.
KCR pointed out that it is important for BRS to take the central BJP and state-level Congress to the cleaners in the assembly by exposing their mistakes and shortcomings. “We need to find extremely hard in Assembly and present our case as the main opposition party.” He said.
Meanwhile, there have been speculations internally in the BRS camp that KCR could be attending the Assembly sessions from December 29. If that really is the case, we could finally be finishing the confrontation between two legendary vocal politicians Revanth and KCR in the assembly which would be a sight to behold.
