In a little while, a new era is set to dawn in the industrial development of Andhra Pradesh. All arrangements are in place for the groundbreaking ceremony of the ArcelorMittal steel plant in Anakapalli district.
Coming to the topic, who approved the ad praising the CBN government in Sakshi?
Chief Minister Chandrababu will perform the Bhoomi Puja (groundbreaking ceremony) for the Greenfield Integrated Steel Plant to be established by ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, a company renowned as a leader in steel production.
This steel facility is being established at Rajayyapeta in Nakkapalli Mandal, Anakapalli district, with a massive investment of ₹1,35,964 crore and a production capacity of 17.8 million metric tonnes. This project is expected to generate direct and indirect employment opportunities for approximately 100,000 people.
What is more surprising is that the front page ad of the project on Sakshi Newspaper today.
This project is one of the biggest investments in the history of Andhra Pradesh and Minister Nara Lokesh made it happen.
YSR Congress is waging a battle on this Government and Sakshi is the prime component of that ecosystem. All those who support YSR Congress and read Sakshi are greeted with the huge Advertisement of this Project on the Front Page today. The Picture is going viral on social media and YSR Congress are completely embarrassed.
They are cursing Sakshi’s Management and Jagan Mohan Reddy for allowing the Advertisement for some bucks while they are fighting the Government.
They are questioning if Jagan does not have funds to run the paper and is relying on Government Advertisements. They are questioning if Sakshi will do an election campaign for TDP if they offer big money. This is not the first time something like this happened.
In June last year, the Newspaper published a similar front page Ad of TDP’s Record Membership.
It is open to everyone in the Media Circles that Jagan’s wife Bharathi Reddy is actively involved in the Media Group’s day-to-day affairs. She has been making all the decisions pertaining to the Media House for quite some time now.
People are saying that it may be her idea to publish these ads. But then, this is a Policy matter and can not be passed without Jagan’s approval.
