Pawan Gives Brother Nagababu Cabinet Rank Post

Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan has given a key post to his brother and MLC Nagababu.

Nagababu has been appointed as the Chairman of the Green Executive Committee. The state Environment and Forest Department has issued orders regarding his appointment.

The post comes under Pawan Kalyan’s portfolio as he is the Deputy Chief Minister and also handles the Environment and Forest departments.

The government has also decided to give Nagababu Cabinet rank with the new position. Nagababu is currently a Member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council and is also a senior Jana Sena leader.

The latest appointment is likely to attract political attention as Nagababu is Pawan Kalyan’s elder brother. He has been playing an active role in Jana Sena and has earlier been considered for a ministerial position as part of the NDA government.

With this new responsibility Nagababu is expected to focus on green initiatives and environmental related activities in the state.
