CM And Opposition Leader In A Cafe In Public!

Generally, leading politicians prefer to visit only controlled environments including public events and fully organised functions. Very rarely do we see them at public places where the common public visit often.

But for a change, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu and the opposition leader of India, Thalapathi Vijay and Rahul Gandhi respectively, were spotted at a cafe in Chennai today.

Earlier today, Rahul Gandhi arrived in Chennai to meet with Thalapathy Vijay and discuss the latest series of events happening in Indian politics. There was an elaborate discussion about the SIR procedure by the election commission and the cockroach movement that’s happening.

This was followed by a casual visit to a cafe in Chennai, which was fully functioning with common public seated right beside them. It must have been a very pleasurable experience for the public to actually watch their CM and the opposition leader of the country walk right beside them in a very casual manner.

Something like this is rarely witnessed in Indian politics, with politicians interacting in such casual public settings. It must have been a refreshing experience for everyone involved.

It must be kept in mind that both Vijay and Rahul Gandhi come across as extremely natural and socially friendly politicians and this was on brilliant display today.
