Indian stock markets saw a major crash, causing heavy losses for investors. In the last 15 sessions, nearly Rs 47,53,000 crore wealth has been wiped out. On a single day, markets lost Rs 14.19 lakh crore. The Sensex fell 1,836 points to 72,696, while the Nifty dropped 601 points to close at 22,512.
