Supreme Court Will Heat Meenakshi’s RS Plea

The Supreme Court will hear Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan’s plea on June 12 after her Rajya Sabha nomination from Madhya Pradesh was rejected. The nomination was scrapped over alleged non-disclosure of a legal case in her affidavit. Congress has termed the decision unlawful and is seeking urgent judicial intervention before the June 18 polls.
