SC Rejects Meenakshi Natarajan’s Plea in Rajya Sabha Row

The Supreme Court dismissed Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan’s petition challenging the rejection of her Rajya Sabha nomination in Madhya Pradesh. The court said it cannot interfere in the Returning Officer’s decision and advised Congress to approach the Election Commission if it believes injustice occurred.
