RG Kar Rape-Murder Case: Bengal Orders Fresh Probe

West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has announced a fresh investigation into the 2024 RG Kar doctor rape and murder case. The decision follows a request from the victim’s mother, now a BJP MLA. The government will also investigate alleged lapses during the victim’s cremation and take action against those responsible.
