Generally, leading film production houses prefer to diversify their portfolio and invest in multiple avenues. This is exactly the case with Hombale Films who have now started to largely diversify their portfolio.
The latest updates are suggesting that this leading South Indian production house which had earlier produced several blockbusters, including KGF 1&2, Salaar, Kantara 1&2 and recently Mahavatar Narasimha are now set to co-own Royal Challengers Bengaluru franchise.
Reportedly RCB is undergoing significant management transition as the franchise has been put to sale and new aspirants are locked to buy this IPL trophy holder.
Apparently, Hombale Films are looking to co own this franchise along with other private entities and an official communication to this could be made soon. In that case, the leading South Indian production house could be one of the owners of RCB franchise.
This production House had earlier partner with RCB at different capacities, and now they look set to become the new co-owners which could be a big uplift.
