More Confusion With Kate Middleton’s ‘Edited’ Photo

The Royals have become the center of controversies lately. There have been many questions on why the Princess of Wales, Catherine Middleton is not seen anywhere since December. The conspiracy theories doubled in number after the official photo of Kate Middleton was released and it ended up as a photoshopped photo.

The first official photograph of Catherine since she underwent abdominal surgery in January has been released by her and her husband, William. In the photo, Kate is seen seated outside, smiling and surrounded by her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

She message wrote, ‘Thank you for your kind wishes and continued support over the last two months. Wishing everyone a Happy Mother’s Day.

There started more questions about the picture and many international news agencies refused to carry it over the concerns it had been manipulated. According to the Associated Press, ‘the photo shows an inconsistency in the alignment of Princess Charlotte’s left hand’.

Kate responded over the controversy of the alleged morphed photo and apologized. Kensington Palace released a statement signed with a ‘C’, saying, ‘Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day.’

Many of the conspiracy theories are silly, but what’s really going on with Kate Middleton is still unknown. The official statement says Kate underwent surgery and it is a noncancerous abdominal issue.
