Big Company Cancels AI, Brings Back Humans!

Over the last few months, several leading IT infrastructure and physical automobile manufacturing companies have been automating their work systems with AI and related robotics. This has resulted in the human workforce, getting whipped out of work.

However, the latest developments are suggesting that one of the leading companies in the world with regard to automobile manufacturing has cancelled their AI plans and gone back to human workforce.

Big automobile manufacturer Ford admitted it had to rehire engineers after replacing them with AI systems that couldn’t do the job.

The company’s VP of hardware engineering said they mistakenly believed AI and adjusted design requirements would produce a high-quality product. They badly miscalculated the system and fired humans while believing AI.

Ironically, Ford has cut over 5,000 jobs since 2020 and recalled more vehicles than any other U.S. automaker this year. Following this costly miscalculation, the company rehired, hired, or promoted 350 experienced engineers to fix the damage.

It is interesting to note that one of the big companies in the world have gone back on the AI restructuring and decided to go back to human workforce. This is with the fact that several companies like Microsoft and others had also been cutting down on AI consumption and going back to human workship.
