Veteran Actress to contest from Rajahmundry
Glamorous diva and Rampur MP Jayaprada has officially announced that she would be contesting the next General Elections from Rajahmundry constituency.
It is known that Jayaprada is showing keen interest on AP politics after the shameful defeat of her party (which was floated by Amar Singh) in the recent Uttar Pradesh polls. Amar Singh and Jayaprada were expelled from Samajwadi Party for their anti-party activities. Amar Singh floated a new party Rashtriya Lok Manch which was backed by the actress. But sadly, it couldn't win at least one seat out of 403 Assembly seats. Since then, Jayaprada is working on her future plans and finally decided to return to AP.
Jayaprada will be joining one among the leading parties in AP soon to begin the election campaign. Chances were high that she would be sailing with YS Jaganmohan as there is strong buzz that the talks between the two groups were held few months ago.
The actress also took a stand in favour of United Andhra Pradesh and this move will bring her much closer to the Seemandhra people. Let's see how Jayaprada begins her second innings in AP polictics!
