After having disagreements with her brother AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Sharmila came out of YSRCP and floated her own political party YSRTP which she later merged into Congress. She is now campaigning against her brother, as the president of AP Congress. The political battle between the two is interested for the observers.
Meanwhile, during the campaigning, Sharmila was asked, if she would consider going back to YSRCP, provided YS Jagan makes the first move, requesting to settle things.
Without any doubt and hesitation, Sharmila said, “No! That ship has sailed.”
It means that Sharmila must have tried to negotiate with her brother before taking an active plunge into the politics. Surprisingly, things did not work well between the two, resulting in the current situations. At the moment, Sharmila no longer intends to join her brother’s party again.
