Ambati Rambabu Is a Tiger of the Kapu Community: Jagan

Former chief minister YS Jagan is back on the weekly trip to Andhra Pradesh as he visited Guntur today. He took the occasion to meet with the family members of Ambati Rambabu, who was recently arrested for abusing chief minister Chandrababu and TDP cadres by using terms like “Amma Mogudu” and “Lan*akodakallara”.

Shortly after meeting with Ambati’s family members, Jagan spoke with the media and he made a series of highly interesting comments again. 

“Ambati Anna chesina tappu enti” Jagan asked on the occasion. He further added “what wrong did Ambati Rambabu anna do? What wrong did Jogi Ramesh anna do? What did Vidadala Rajini Amma do? All they did was point out Chandrababu’s cheating game on Tirumala laddu.” Jagan stated. 

The fundamental point that must be noted here is that Jagan questioned what wrong did Ambati Rambabu do, knowing full well that he had publicly abused the CM and made seriously regressive comments. 

TDP supporters are pointing out that the same Jagan had earlier made a meal out of TDP Pattabhi’s file comments, where he called him “Bose DK”. Jagan repeated this tens of times and even translated “Bose DK” as “Lan*akoduku” and spoke on this multiple times at public mediums. Pattabhi was also arrested and abused by the police then.

And now, when Ambati publicly abused CM, there’s subsequent action. While Jagan might have a point in questioning what’s wrong in Ambati speaking against Tirumala laddu issue, the language used is regressive here and that’s what landed Ambati in trouble, a social media user commented.

Also, it must be noted that Jagan made another point by saying “Chandrababu, Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan are also abusing but are roaming freely without repercussions but when Ambati vented out due to fear, he was arrested. Ambati even repented his comment and clarified but he still got jailed.”

Jagan further said that he proudly calls Ambati Rambabu a tiger of the Kapu community who has lived with values throughout his life, and that he is now being abused by policemen, which is unacceptable. He also warned the policemen about the return of the YCP government in 2029 and the consequences they would have to face.
