August Box Office Is Packed With Promising Films

Tollywood box office is expected to start breathing with the release of the biggie, Peddi, in the first week of June. If the film gets a good talk, the film will likely dominate the entire month. And then, thereafter, more films will line up to revive the theatrical business.

Interestingly, August already looks solid, with multiple films filling the slots. Meanwhile, Ravi Teja’s Irumudi is also likely to join the box office race.

As of now, Nani’s The Paradise is hitting the screens on the 21st of August. And then, we have Sharwanand’s Bhogi gearing up for a massive release on August 28th.

While mid-August and the last week of August look solid, there is no clarity on which will occupy the first two weeks.

Interestingly, Ravi Teja’s potential comeback film, Irumudi, is likely to hit the screens in August. Billed as a tale of father and daughter, laced with devotional elements, there is a positive buzz surrounding the film.

Shiva Nirvana is the director of the film, who is showing great promise with the film. The promotions are likely to begin soon.

On the other hand, there were speculations that Vishwambhara may also arrive in August but it is too early to weigh the situation. An official confirmation over the same is expected to come out soon.
