Vijaya Sai Reddy’s Agenda Is Clear: An RSS Formula for AP?

Vijaya Sai Reddy took the drastic decision of leaving YS Jagan after the humiliating defeat in the 2024 Andhra Pradesh assembly election. He has been trying to make a comeback in Andhra Pradesh politics, since then, but things have not been falling in place.

The NDA alliance understandably denied his entry, considering the earlier friction and his Controversial image. A return to YSR Congress also looked illogical, considering the Jagan is extremely unforgiving towards disloyal people.

So Sai Reddy has arrived at a point where he is launching his own political party in Andhra Pradesh, and has been hinting about the same multiple times.

Now his agenda is very much in the clear as Sai Reddy has started politics in Andhra Pradesh. He has taken the recent incident in Rajahmundry, where an entire family committed suicide over a love Jihad incident as his base.

Sai Reddy has been repeatedly speaking on this matter in social media platforms and has now brought it to mainstream Media, as he is questioning the opposition YCP and also the ruling NDA for the lack of action on this case.

He also made sensational comments about YS Jagan, alleging that he encouraged religious conversions during previous tenure. He also questioned why Chandrababu remains silent on the issue, claiming that the latter may be planning to join the Congress alliance in 2029 if needed.

Interestingly, he criticized the BJP’s state leadership in AP while praising the BJP and RSS, stating that they are handling such religious matters very well and with strong conviction.

He has been making big comments in this regard by saying that love Jihad and religious conversions have peaked in Andhra Pradesh, and there is the need to put an end to this. He advised that extreme action must be taken against the suspect in this case Sadiq Khan.

He openly stated that once his party comes to power, individuals like Sadiq will face “UP kind of action,” indirectly referring to the tough measures being taken by current Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath.

This is a strong indication of the upcoming narrative that will be set by the Sai Reddy party as he appears to be aligning with the communal movement that’s famous with the RSS.

Those who have watched this particular speech from Sai Reddy, and also his recent actions or commenting that his party could be a blueprint of the BJP model in UP which is extremely aggressive in religious matters.
