Many are aware that Upasana Kamineni Konidela is a health conscious person and multi-tasker being Vice Chairperson of Apollo Life and the Editor-in-Chief of B Positive Magazine. Not many are aware of her spiritual side. She is an ardent follower of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and she is a devotee of Lord Shirdi Sai Baba.
The other day, Upasana has completed her long and 9 weeks of Sai Baba Vratam which has been followed strictly. But due to the lockdown, she couldn’t go to Baba temple and distribute the books. Instead she created a recording on Sainath.
Sharing the link of recording, Upasana wrote, “This Thursday is very special. I finished 9 weeks of #Saibaba vrat. I couldn’t go to the temple & distribute books, therefore created a recording so one & all call listen to it if they choose to do the vrat. I don’t believe in caste. I follow & celebrate all religions & festivals. I believe in faith & positivity. #omsairam. Link in bio.”
In the 40-minute-long recording which she has put on her YouTube and provided the link on her instagram bio, Upasana started the recording saying that she did the recording with pure heart and unconditional love towards Baba. In the recording she shared several great principles of Baba that changes everyone’s life. She explained Baba’s sayings in depth but in a simple, lucid manner.
