Virata Parvam Director Penning Story For PK

Director Venu Udugula who made an impressive debut with ‘Needhi Naadhi Oke Katha’ is coming up with ‘Virata Parvam.’ This film is a periodic love story set against the backdrop of Maoists (Naxals). The songs and teaser have generated enough buzz but the only hurdle ‘Virata Parvam’ is facing is, it’s release.

The producers of ‘Virata Parvam’ are brainstorming on theatrical/OTT release. Soon they would come to a conclusion. Meanwhile director Venu Udugula is reportedly working on another script.

Guess what Udugula is penning a script keeping Powerstar Pawan Kalyan in his thoughts. He is developing an initial idea and it would take ample time to shape it up. Even though Udugula is just two films old, he is one of the promising new age directors in Tollywood and makes content rich films irrespective of commercial aspects.

So for the time being, it is too early to comment on this combination as Udugula needs to wrap up the script first and then pitch it to Pawan.

If things fall in place in the due course, Sithara Entertainments might come on board to bankroll Pawan and Udugula’s film. Sithara is already producing a film with Pawan and considering the rapport they share with Powerstar, it will be smooth for them to bring him on to the project.
