Krishna Vamsi To Replace Balakrishna With NTR?

Creative director Krishna Vamsi is currently busy with the post-production activities of Ranga Marthanda, the official remake of the Marathi film Natasamrat. The director is also working on a new script that he wants to pitch to a star hero.

Going by the current speculations in Tollywood, Krishna Vamsi is planning to do a film with Jr NTR. Reportedly, the director has approached NTR’s team to enquire about the availability of Tarak’s dates.

Both Jr NTR and Krishna Vamsi earlier worked for the film Rakhi, that released in 2006. The film received critical acclaim but failed to meet commercial success at the box office.

Krishna Vamsi is currently working on a script called Raithu. Earlier, he planned it with Balakrishna but the project has been shelved. The director wants to make changes and take it to the floors with a star hero in the lead. There is no clarity if KV wants NTR to do the same film.

On the other hand, Jr NTR is currently busy with RRR. After this, the actor will work with Prashanth Neel, Koratala Siva, and Buchi Babu Sana.

Ranga Marthanda features Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan, Aadarsh Balakrishna, Shivatmika Rajasekhar, and others. The film will release later this year.
