Actor-producer Bandla Ganesh is all set to test his luck as the lead actor. Ganesh has been cast as the hero in the Telugu remake of Tamil Blockbuster ‘Oththa Seruppu Size 7’. The film is touted to be a crime Thriller which got laurels for its original.
R Parthiepan himself was the only character in the movie. He has written, directed and produced the film under his own banner. The film got National Film Award – Special Jury Award and National Film Award for Best Audiography.
Buzz is that debutante director Venkat Chandra is going to helm the film in Telugu with Bandla Ganesh. Venkat is also an actor who acted in some films and is making his debut as director. It is bankrolled by Swathi Chandra under YashRishi Films.
It can be noted that the same film is being remade in Hindi with Abhiskek Bachan. Parthiepan himself directed the Hindi remake and the film’s shooting commenced in Chennai with Abhishek.
