Some good old producers who have made superhits back then are actually struggling to come up with interesting movies these days. And they are now looking forward for those veteran heroes who used to be their winning-horses once upon a time. And here is how mega producer KS Rama Rao finally got the much-needed relief, courtesy Megastar Chiranjeevi.
After making films like Abhilasha, Challenge, Marana Mrudangam, Rakshasudu and Stuartupuram Police Station with Megastar Chiru, producer KS Ramarao always claimed that the matinee idol is his favourite hero anytime, and proudly takes the credit for naming him Megastar.
In the last couple of years, Ramarao is trying to work with Chiru or Charan but things are not working out well. And then, flop films like Tej I Love You and World Famous Lover in which he invested a good amount of money, have jolted the popular producer. It looks like Chiru has come to his rescue now.
Making his dream of coming up with another superhit film in Chiranjeevi’s combination realise, the megastar has now made the producer part of his next. Apparently, Ramarao will be taking a 50% share in Meher Ramesh’s Vedhalam remake, which actually has Anil Sunkara as the producer.
These days many big stars are combining two or three of their producers in order to fulfil all the commitments. And now that KS Ramarao is finally part of a Chiru film, surely his debts could be handled well, say few insiders.
