NET Trailer: Promising Cybercrime Thriller!

Cybercrime thrillers always get a great reception if done right. Due to its great relatability factor with the viewers, this genre is always an interesting choice for any filmmaker. Debutant Bharghav Macharla chose a story of this genre for his upcoming web film NET. Starring Rahul Ramakrishna and Avika Gor in the lead roles, the trailer of this movie was unveiled just about a while ago.

Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who is a good friend of Rahul, released the trailer. He tweeted, “Rahul… U are a rare talent Hugging face I loved the trailer.., for me, it looks like a cord worked into ‘the greater unknown’.”

The trailer looks intense and intriguing. It deals with the story of a middle-class married youngster who secretly peeps into the life of a girl named Priya, through hidden cameras. How his obsession turned his life upside down forms the main crux of the movie.

Rahul looks like an apt choice for the role. His antics and expressions make us believe that he is indeed a boy next door. Avika Gor looks perfect too and has shown extreme vulnerability which most young girls can relate to. Praneeta Patnaik of C/o Kancherapalem fame played Rahul’s wife in the movie. NET will premiere on Zee5 on September 10th.
