Bollywood’s iconic actor Dilip Kumar’s wife Saira Bhanu has been hospitalized in Mumbai. According to the reports, Saira Bhanu is currently in the ICU.
The buzz says that Saira will be undergoing angiography soon. Saira’s spokesperson Faisal Farooqui spoke to the media and gave some clarity on her health condition.
Faisal said, “She was admitted to Hinduja Hospital at Khar three days ago due to chest congestion. She is now stable, and under a lot of observation and abundance of precautions, considering the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.”
After the demise of Dilip Kumar, Saira underwent a lot of stress and her health deteriorated in a short time. Currently, she is in the ICU, but overall she is stable. The doctors advised her to rest while they are performing more tests.
Her family members revealed that there is nothing to worry about her health condition.
Saira Banu made her Bollywood debut with the film Junglee in 1961. She also acted in Diwani (1967), Padosan (1968), Purab Aur Paschim (1970), and Hera Pheri (1976).
Dilip Kumar died at 98 in Mumbai in July this year.
