With the audience getting to watch some high-quality visual effects and drama stuff every day on Netflix and Amazon Prime, there is no way inferior quality Telugu films will click at the box office. That’s the reason some films are not even getting minimum attention when makers touch sci-fi subjects as that particular international level detailing and quality is missing in Telugu projects.

Senior hero Rajasekhar’s daughter Sivani is trying to make her Tollywood debut for a long time. While her debut film, a remake of Hindi superhit 2 States with Adivi Sesh got shelved, she’s now banking on ‘Adbhutham’, which has Teja Sajja in the lead. Apparently, the film deals with a time travel concept where a girl from 1980 and a boy from 2021 fall in love over a phone call. How come this 2021 call gets connected to 1980 is the real science fiction part here.

After Telugu audiences watched time travel marvels like, Netflix web series Dark, Umbrella Academy and Outlanders, surely this Telugu version need to have many strong pinch points to make audiences believe that time travel happened. Even though if there is no extensive VFX, the logic should be somewhat believable. For the very same reason, Sivani is said to be feeling a little tense as to how the audiences will receive this film which is releasing very soon.

In this modern OTT era where audiences are getting to watch content from across the world, only originality and extreme dramatic presentation will save any project. Let’s see if Adbutham could do that wonder!
