Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput was cremated at Mumbai’s Pawan Hans crematorium around 4:30 pm yesterday. Even as family members are yet to come to terms with his sudden passing, his sister-in-law’s shocking demise has left everyone heartbreaking.
Sushant’s cousin brother’s wife Sudha Rani reportedly breathed her last at his native place in Purnia, Bihar, right at the time his funeral was being held in Mumbai yesterday. Sudha Rani was unable to cope with Sushant’s loss and had stopped eating after she came to know about his death by suicide.
Earlier, Sushant’s father and sisters tried to take his mortal remains from Mumbai to their native place in Purnia, where Sushant had spent quality time in his childhood. However, the family couldn’t transport him due to the lockdown restrictions.
