Prabhas is awaiting the release of his next film Radhe Shyam, in the direction of Radha Krishna Kumar. The film will release during Sankranthi next year. Meanwhile, we have clarity on his next film Adipurush as well.
The makers of Adipurush confirmed today that the film will hit the screens on 11th August. The movie will have the advantage of Independence Day weekend. Adipurush will release on the same day in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
With the government of Maharashtra allowing the theatres to be fully functional with a hundred percent occupancy, the producers started confirming the release dates of the pending projects.
As per the trade experts, Prabhas is now heading into a box office clash with Akshay Kumar. Akshay Kumar’s Rakshabandhan is also going to release during the Independence day weekend (on Aug 11).
Om Raut is the director of Adipurush. The film features Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh in crucial roles. The film’s shoot is currently in progress.
