Pooja Hegde Is Stand Up Comedian In MEB!

Pooja Hegde, who sizzles with her glam roles and swoons fans with her beauty, has turned into a stand-up comedian in Most Eligible Bachelor. Apparently, director Bommarillu Bhaskar was initially doubtful about how star heroine Pooja Hegde would pull off such a role with substance.

But admittedly, Bhaskar changed his mind after watching Pooja’s performance on sets. Bhaskar is all praise for Pooja after the film’s shoot. In his own words, Bhaskar said that Pooja has done a lot of homework for the role and groomed her acting skills. Bhaskar said that he was very happy and surprised with the way Pooja molded herself for the character in the film.

Co-star Akhil said, “During the standup comedy scenes, I could see fire and enthusiasm in Pooja’s eyes. She was very passionate about the role. She channelizes her energy and uses it optimally. In her free time, Pooja goes around the sets and observes what’s happening on the sets.”

Both Akhil and Bhaskar commend Pooja’s dedication and discipline. Meanwhile, director Bhaskar also informed producer Bunny Vasu about Pooja’s performance. Most Eligible Bachelor, bankrolled by Geetha Arts and UV Creations, is all slated for 15th October release.
