Versatile actor Prakash Raj’s panel members are going to submit their resignations for their respective posts at the Movie Artists Association. The panel members decided to give Manchu Vishnu a fair chance in successfully running the association. The actor held a press meet today evening and revealed some shocking facts about the process of how the elections took place.
Speaking at the press meet, Srikanth said, “If there are members from two panels, there may be differences of opinions in the future. With Naresh garu guiding Manchu Vishnu, we have many doubts about the smooth functioning of the association. We want work to flow smoothly. We do not want to rupture the equation again. For the previous elections, with members from two panels in the committee, there were several problems. Only to avoid such situations in the coming days, we decided to step back and let all the members of his panel take charge. We hope that Manchu Vishnu and his panel members will fulfill the promises made in the manifesto.”
Srikanth also thanked the voters for voting for him but also asked for their forgiveness as he decided to resign from the association.
“Naresh accused me of saying that I am a ‘Mutha Nayakudu’ and I felt bad of the same. “Many congratulated me for my victory but I am not at all happy,” Banarjee said.
Banarjee became emotional saying that Mohan Babu used objectionable language against him during the elections. “When Mohan Babu was scolding Tanish, I told Vishnu. Mohan Babu started using foul language against me. Vishnu and Manoj approached me to calm me down and asked me to let it go.” said Banarjee with tears in his eyes.
Mohan Babu garu’s wife Nirmala too called me and expressed her sadness. “She told me that she will talk to Mohan Babu about it but I asked her to not do it. I am done with the association. I have experience of 40 years in the film industry. I could not take that foul language from Mohan Babu garu. I am feeling heavy inside me. With my resignation, I may feel a little better,” said Banarjee.
Tanish thanked everyone for voting for him and also tendered an apology for them for submitting his resignation.
Mohan Babu garu scolded me using some objectionable language. He almost approached to hit me. Banarjee sir came to protect me and Mohan Babu garu started using foul language on him. I started crying and immediately, Vishnu anna came to console me,” said Tanish, adding, “Mohan Babu garu used some words against my mother. I could not take it anymore. My mother is everything to me. I decided to resign from my post because I am hurt and I can not continue the responsibility anymore.”
Tanish also said that he is not against Manchu Vishnu or Manoj. “I just do not know if I could be able to share my views once I take responsibility to discharge my views. I am scared if I would be allowed to share my views. After giving a thought, I finally decided to quit the association.” said Tanish.
