Prime Video dropped the intriguing teaser of Suriya’s next Jai Bhim, directed by TJ Gnanavel. Today, on the occasion of Dusshera, the makers released the teaser and it is a crystal clear courtroom drama with Suriya standing tall as a valuable tool for many innocent people.
Along with Suriya, the film will have Prakash Raj, Rao Ramesh, Rajisha Vijayan, Manikandan and Lijo Mol Jose in pivotal roles. Jai Bhim is set to release on the streaming service this Diwali in Tamil and Telugu. It will stream across 240 countries and territories on 2nd November.
Suriya will essay the role of Advocate Chandru who will fight for the rights of the innocent and hardworking lives of an oppressed tribe. The teaser has some intense narrative glimpses with a hard-hitting drama in the store.
Jai Bhim is co-produced by Rajsekar Karpoorasundarapandian and has music by Sean Rolden. According to reports, Jai Bhim is based on a true story and takes inspiration from retired Madras HC Judge K Chandru, who fought a case for tribal women. The film produced by Suriya and Jyotika’s 2D Entertainment.
