Akhil Akkineni and Pooja Hegde played the lead roles in the recent Telugu hit Most Eligible Bachelor. Akkineni fans were waiting for a long time to see Akhil tasting the victory. Their dream has come true after six years of the young hero’s debut. Directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar, the film was bankrolled by Geetha Arts 2 banner.
According to the latest announcement from the makers, the film has collected a revenue of over 40 Cr rupees (Gross) in seven days. The film is now entering the second week.
The movie is performing very well in both Nizam and Ceded areas when compared to other areas. The hundred percent occupancy in theatres, in Andhra Pradesh, helped Most Eligible Bachelor to score decent revenues.
On the whole, the Akkineni siblings, Naga Chaitanya and Akhil became the Dusshera heroes with the success of Love Story and Most Eligible Bachelor.
