Industry Talk: Chances Of Pushpa’s Postponement

Icon star Allu Arjun joined hands with his favorite director Sukumar for the third time. After Arya and Arya 2, the duo is coming up with Pushpa and Pushpa 2. Titled Pushpa: The Rise, the franchise’s first part is scheduled for a grand release on 17th December 2021. However, there are reports hinting at the film’s postponement.

According to the latest sources, the film unit is going to begin a new schedule from 28th of this month. A special set is being erected for the shoot. The reports say that the shoot might not be completed on time and the makers will not be able to release the film as per the initial plan.

Also, we hear that the team has 15 working days left and some patchwork will be followed after that. The team is currently holding internal discussions to discuss about either going ahead with the initial plan or postponing the film.

As of now, there is no official confirmation of the film’s postponement. We have to wait some more days to arrive at a final clarity.

Bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, the film features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. Fahadh Faasil and Sunil are also a part of the film.
