Samantha Hikes Remuneration After Breakup?

Getting back into the grove, queen bee Samantha wants to make sure that she will have a handful of projects. Already she has signed two Tamil movies which will be made into Telugu as well. And her first big Telugu film post breakup seems to be Nani’s Dasara, but then the news is not getting confirmed for a reason.

As Samantha enjoys a huge following and the same glamour image whether before marriage or now, the actress is said to be keen on the remuneration part. She is said to have demanded nearly 3 crores as a paycheck for the film excluding the GST and that is said to be worrying the makers now.

While they have got excited that Samantha’s pairing with Nani after Eega and Eto Vellipoyindi Manasu will enthral the audience, this heft remuneration is bothering them.

Because some of the young and happening starlets like Pooja Hegde and Rashmika Mandanna are charging anywhere between 2-2.5 crores and Samantha’s demand is more than the currently topper’s payment.

For the same reason, the makers of Dasara are said to be looking for alternatives such that they would get a star heroine in an affordable price bracket.
