Actor Abhishek Bachchan is one of those star kids who couldn’t make it big. It has been a really long time since he has made his debut in the industry and unfortunately, he is still not a successful actor. Abhishek couldn’t prove himself and many even said that he is a shame to his father Big B, who is a world class actor.
Well, films including Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, Yuva, Sarkar, Guru, Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, Bunty Aur Babli, Dostana, Bol Bachchan, Paa, and Dhoom to name a few have been hits at the box office.
Talking about those good old days, reminiscing from his films, in the year 2009, Abhishek took to his Instagram to reveal that he had approached many directors and producers and asked him to give him an opportunity to act. But he revealed that nobody was ready to launch him.
Finally, Abhishek met director JP Dutta, on the sets of his father Amitabh’s film Aks, who later launched him. In a long post, Abhishek wrote, “Many don’t know that in 1998 @rakeyshommehra and I wanted to start our film careers together. Him directing me in a script we both worked on called “Samjhauta Express”. Both not able to get anyone to launch us despite trying very hard. I forget how many producers and directors I met and requested to give me an opportunity to act. But to no avail!” (sic)
In the same post, he even revealed some struggles he revealed.
