Here is how Chiru reacted to Karthikeya’s Raja Vikramarka title

After the failure of Chavu Kaburu Challaga, Karthikeya Gummanakonda is pinning big hopes on his next film Raja Vikramarka. The film is scheduled for a grand release on the 12th of this month. The makers are promoting the film aggressively and Karthikeya interacted with the media recently. In his interview, Karthikeya shared a lot of interesting things about the film, his career, and life in general.

Karthikeya is doing something that he has never attempted in his career. The actor will be seen as an NIA agent in the film. “I have not done a character with full comedy timing so far. The entertainment is a part of the story. I am very happy doing this role,” he shared.

“Performing comedy was not a difficult task for me. I tried to be as real as possible. Usually, I crack a lot of jokes with my friends and I tried to be myself on the screen,” said the actor who is happy for the appreciation he is getting for his comedy timing in the trailer.

Karthikeya had come across the story of Raja Vikramarka during the time he was working on RX100. The actor prepared himself extensively to play NIA officer on the screen. He worked on his comedy timing, dialogue delivery, and other aspects of this role.

Raja Vikramarka is the title of a super hit film, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi. “There is a strength in the sounding. I immediately felt a positive vibe about the title,” shared Karthikeya.

The team registered the title first and then reached out to Megastar Chiranjeevi to convey the same. “When we revealed the news to Chiranjeevi garu, he sent us a message saying ‘Good Luck’. I am happy to use his film’s title for my film,” shared Karthikeya in excitement.

Surprising everyone, Karthikeya proposed to her fiancee Lohitha on the stage of the pre-release event of Raja Vikramarka. It caught everyone’s attention. Talking about the same, he said, “I planned it a day before and decided to surprise Lohitha. I expressed my love to her many times but never said I love You. So, I used it as an opportunity to propose to her properly. Finally, we are getting married!”

Surprisingly, Karthikeya is the main villain in Ajith’s next film Valimai. “I was tensed until I met him. Moreover, I do not know Tamil. Ajith is a big star. He makes sure that everyone on the set is comfortable. He made me feel the same. I also learned Tamil for this film,” said Karthikeya, adding, “I also dubbed for my character,”

Apart from Raja Vikramarka, Karthikeya is doing a film in UV Creations’ production. He is also doing a film on the Sridevi Movies banner.
