Akhanda’s Mad Run Continues At Box Office

Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s latest outing Akhanda directed by Boyapati Srinu is having a dream run at the box office. The film which was released on December 2 opened to a terrific response and its mad run continues at the box office.

The film is performing beyond expectations in theatres with packed houses in most of the centres. Akhanda is already the biggest grosser for Balakrishna and it even crossed full run share of Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab in just its first weekend run in overseas.

Housefull boards were seen in almost all the theatres on Sunday. As per trade reports, Akhanda is unstoppable on first Monday with exceptional bookings in most of the centres. The film is expected to cross one million dollar mark in overseas very soon. It already attained breakeven mark in overseas, Nizam and few other territories.

Since the content has repeat value, it is sure to continue to do well in week days as well. Akhanda indeed turned a breather for the industry, as there was uncertainty over theatrical business before the release of the movie.
