Ravi Teja turns a singer for 4th time

Singing is not a new task for Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja. The actor crooned the songs Kajal Chelliva (Balupu), Nautanki Nautanki (Power) and Rum Pum Bum (Disco Raja) in the past. Now, he is all set to lend his voice for a song in his upcoming film Khiladi as well.

Reportedly, this song is an out-and-out mass number that will be catering to mass audiences. In an interaction with a leading publication, director Ramesh Varma stated that it was a collective decision to make Ravi Teja sing this track.

He said that it was the music director Devi Sri Prasad who pitched the idea and Ravi also gave his nod immediately.

“We thought Ravi Teja’s raw yet funky voice would give the song the right take-off and elevation,” said the director.

Ramesh Varma further added that the song comes at a crucial juncture in the movie.

Khiladi features Meenakshi Chaudhary and Dimple Hayathi as the female leads. It is all set to hit the screens on February 11, 2022.
